Welcome to Rice 3DML Project!
Project Overview
3DML aims to develop a community platform for facilitating the development of ML based innovations for next-generation wireless networks and mobile applications. Considering the ML research workflow's three major D's (Data, Design and Deployed Validation in the figure below), 3DML integrates three key thrusts: 3DML-Data, 3DML-Client, 3DML-Infrastructure.
Data: Collection of labeled wireless datasets for ML methods to learn the relevant statistical structure for the problem objective.
Design: Development of ML models that optimize the problem objective.
Deployed Validation: Evaluation of the model performance in real deployment scenarios.
This project is sponsored by National Science Foundation (NSF) and Intel through their joined efforts in the Machine Learning for Wireless Networking Systems (MLWiNS) program. (Related News)
